The FSIM© enables participants to familiarize themselves with their deployment environment, anticipate potential developments, and adapt to various threats.
It also aims to develop individual skills for handling complex situations, strengthen group resilience, and introduce learners to the practice of life-saving emergency care in sensitive contexts.
