CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Immersive Crisis Management Exercise

Formation Gestion de Crise - Cellule de crise AACCES

Make decisions, coordinate, and protect people under pressure as a crisis unfolds.

The Crisis Management training course prepares management, security, human resources, logistics, and coordination teams to activate and lead a crisis management team when the operational environment rapidly deteriorates.

Through realistic, context-specific scenarios, participants receive information progressively, which may sometimes be contradictory or incomplete. They must locate personnel, assess the situation, prioritise actions, and make appropriate decisions to protect people.

The objective is to test the organisation’s ability to operate under pressure: information flow, decision-making processes, remote coordination, continuity of communications, and choosing between lockdown, hibernation, relocation, or evacuation.

The simulations and debriefing help identify gaps between established procedures and observed practices, leading to practical recommendations to strengthen—and, where necessary, adapt—the organisation’s internal crisis management system.
