About us ?


Since 2014, AACCES has been supporting international and non-governmental organizations, institutional actors, and private companies in the development, implementation, and management of their security, safety, and crisis management systems in the Sahel.

AACCES offers a wide range of services grouped under three headings: support (AACCES, Development Support), training (AACCES Training), and audit/evaluation (AACCES Risk Management).

Our History

2020-2022

  • AACCES Training has trained more than 2,000 individuals in safety and security (including international executives from the nine member countries of the Niger Basin Authority)
  • AACCES Training offers training days to the staff of organizations operating in the most degraded Sahelian environments
  • Development of AACCES Risk Management in assessment and audits for international partners

2017-2019

  • Development of AACCES Risk Management in assessment and audits for international partners.
  • Creation of AACCES Development Support in providing operational support for social and health infrastructure projects in Niger

2014-2016

  • AACCES Group was created in 2014 by Stéphanie CAHN, expert in development and international affairs, and Jean-Michel CLAIR, specialist in security, safety and risk management.
  • Development of AACCES Training/Beginning of security-oriented training (international mobility) in complex areas.
